Terms & Conditions

PG students should submit a Bonafide Certificate from their Head of Department (form can be uploaded during registration in the registration portal).
Conference Registration is mandatory for Abstract Submission, Poster & Paper Presentations.

Registration Guidelines

Registration fees are exclusive of 18% GST.
Delegates are requested to mention their Registration Number in all payment transactions.
Registration once completed is non-transferable.
The Organising Committee shall not be held responsible for any payment transaction failures; delegates are advised to contact their respective banks for such issues.
Card payments will attract applicable convenience charges along with GST on the convenience fee.
Any remittance or transaction charges shall be borne by the registrant.

Workshop Guidelines

Registration is compulsory for participation in any workshop.
Each delegate may register for only one workshop.
Workshop seats are limited — allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Workshop registration includes ID Card & Lunch.

Timings: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

The organising committee reserves the right to make changes to the conference schedule or venue as necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received on or before 30th June 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration amount.
Cancellation requests received between 1st July – 31st August 2026 will be eligible for a 25% refund of the registration amount.
No refunds will be applicable for cancellation requests received on or after 1st September 2026.

📌 Note: Refunds will be processed after 30 days of the conference and only on the registration fee amount, excluding applicable GST and transaction / convenience charges.
